About the data Cotton FPC-based physical mapping integrated agarose-based fingerprinting and HICF. The whole library of 240 384-well-plates was fingerprinted using the agarose based method, and a sub-set of clones were selected from the termini of the largest agarose-based contigs (two per terminus) for HICF. The final assembly integrates information from both approaches. Both the fingerprint files for the agarose and HICF assembly can be downloaded here. Gel images and related files for all agarose fingerprints can also be downloaded. The following documents are salient: (1) Agarose fingerprints (band file), excluding duplicated clones that were not used in assembly: cotton_agarose_fingerprints_all.bands (2) HICF (band file only): cotton_HICF_fingerprints_all.bands (3) Raw data files from agarose fingerprinting (generated by IMAGE after band-calling, repeats included) are listed by the plate number as tarballs due to the large file size.
