PGML Library Distribution

We have generated a number of different types of DNA libraries for the taxa that we study, which are available as entire clone sets, as specific subsets of clones, or in many cases gridded onto nylon filters for convenient screening. Available library types include BAC, cDNA, fosmid, genomic, and Cot (various fractions). Genera for which we have various types of libraries (not all types for all genera) include Arachis, Brassica, Carica, Cynodon, Gossypium, Gossypioides, Opuntia, Saccharum, and Sorghum.
